SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Orders are typically processed and, unless otherwise specified on the product page, are shipped within 2 – 3 Business Days. Transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected but generally range from 5 - 7 Business Days.

ORDER SHIPMENT
As soon as your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking details within 6 Business Days, please contact us at support@prosimhub.com or (860) 813-3230 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING AVAILIBILITY
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous USA states.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, nor do we ship internationally.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Our standard shipping method is Curbside Delivery, which is free for most products. Additional delivery options are available on select items. If you're interested in an upgraded service, please contact us at support@prosimhub.com or (860) 813-3230 prior to placing your order for availability and a quote.

  • Curbside Delivery (Free): The item is delivered to the curb at your address. No inside delivery is included.
  • Threshold Delivery: The item is brought to your front door, porch, or garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes in-home delivery to your room of choice, basic setup (if applicable), and removal of packaging materials.

FREIGHT DELIVERIES
Larger or heavier items may ship via freight. In such cases:

  • A signature will be required at delivery.
  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
  • Delivery appointments will be scheduled by the carrier.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you notice any damage or missing components, document it with photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This ensures we can initiate a claim and send replacements promptly.
